Todd earned his Juris Doctorate from Drake University Law Center in 2001. He
was first admitted to practice law in Iowa the same year and in 2005 he was admitted to practice law in Louisiana. Todd's undergraduate degree is from the University of Northern Iowa in Accounting, obtained in 1997.

Todd has been an associate attorney at the firm since February 2004. His duties
include performing extensive research on all issues involving civil cases, drafting pleadings, motions, interrogatories, and rules, extensive appellate brief writing on criminal and civil matters, interoffice memoranda, supporting memoranda, assistance with trial preparation and trial, limited interaction with clients. Todd is also a Certified Public Accountant and previously worked as an Accountant before law school. He also law clerked for several firms while in law school.
